Hey, that's a good idea
The average quotation folder has two requirements: it must look professional and functional. But under the motto 'the eye wants something too' we decided to give our quotation folders just that little bit of extra appeal. That is why they are equipped with an LCD screen with a personalized video message, which transforms a simple product into a technological and contemporary masterpiece. Technical service provider Cofely shares our love for innovative technology. When they saw our PixioCard, they were visibly impressed. Despite the fact that their own quotation folder showed similarities to ours, they used a USB stick with their company film on it instead of a integrated LCD display on which a video is playing.
Why an LCD screen?
Besides the fact that an LCD screen looks nice, one of the biggest advantages is that the video is played immediately when the folder is opened. The recipient does not have to perform any additional actions, which is the case with a USB stick. Moreover, it is much more functional that the product consists of one whole, instead of two separate parts. Cofely asked us about the possibilities for adapting their product and a new collaboration was born.
Fit and measure
After discussing all the requirements for the new quotation folder in detail, we immediately started working for Cofely. Since an LCD screen takes up more space than a USB stick, we first calculated what the dimensions of the new product had to be. After making a detailed drawing to scale, we designed a template with some folding and printing. Based on this template, we then produced a first blank copy with video of the new product.
Satisfied customer
We showed the blank copy to Cofely with great excitement. Fortunately, they responded very enthusiastically and the final folders could be produced. After completion of the project, Cofely told us: “We are all completely satisfied with it! The folder has become very beautiful and the video is also great and very suitable! The project has been completed to our complete satisfaction!”
